• Pay all fees and charges at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.

3. Bookkeeping Services

• Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely financial records.

• Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information may affect service timelines.

• MedDash is not liable for penalties or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Payments

• Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services.

• Returned payments may incur applicable bank or processing fees.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the MedDash Refund Policy. Pharmacy products and completed bookkeeping services may not be eligible for refunds except as required by law or outlined in our refund policy.
