OUR MISSION
The Development and Enrichment Project (evolved from MedDash Pharmacy NFP) delivers the ultimate prescription for Chicago's underserved youth: workforce resilience, financial intelligence, and lasting wellness. We build confidence and create a trusted support network for young adults on the Southside and Westside—empowering them to break barriers and build futures defined by possibility, not communities.
FOUNDERS' STORY
I grew up on the Westside of Chicago. I know the streets, the struggles, and the strength of our neighborhoods—but also the weight of limited options. That weight drove me to evolve MedDash Pharmacy NFP into the Development and Enrichment Project. MedDash remains our backbone of care; the Project is our leap forward.
To every young adult: where you start does not dictate where you finish. I am here to offer love, guidance, and a network that refuses to let you fail.
